The MOU was signed between Shri Ved Mani Tiwari,CEO NSDC &MD, NSDC International and Dr. Akanksha Sinha, CEO ACIC IIT ISM Foundation, in the presence of Shri Jayant Chaudhary, Minister of Skill development and Entrepreneurship and Shri Sanjay Seth, Union Minister of State for Defence at Aryabhatta auditorium, Ranchi.
